Shooters Grill became a national, even international, news story in 2014 due to it's "Guns Welcome" sign and armed waitresses. I had been looking for an excuse to visit Rifle, Colorado and finally got my chance in 2015 when I was on my way back from Dinosaur National Monument.

And yes their food is excellent and the atmosphere even more so. I wish it wasn't on the other side of the state. I will be back though and encourage everyone else to swing by.
