4 - 6 Sep 2010: Adventure Weekend

Stay tuned for news, pics, and vids from Wyoming and Utah! We started the drive Friday evening. Saturday we made an unplanned stop at Fossil Lake and then spent a couple hours outside it at a private quarry chiseling out fossil fish! Very cool. We brought back some treasures. Sunday we visited Timpanogas Cave. It was a nice hour plus hike up the side of the canyon to the first of the three artificially linked caves that make up the tour. Afterward we headed to one of Alana's primary targets for the weekend, an Ikea store where I found some Swedish food and Lingonberry drinks.

Starting 6 am Monday we started up a via feratta outside Ogden, Utah. Pretty cool weekend!
