I had to hike in the rain most of today. It was a light drizzle so I really didn't get very wet. I put on my rain jacket and pack cover and kept going. The CME group showed itself again. They are doing several sections down to Marshall Pass as a guided and supported trip. That means they only carry day packs and arrive to find camp already set and food prepared. Really nice group of people - clients and guides alike.

I'm meeting a fair number of people along the way. I met a section hiker and his two daughters today. The girls were just out for this section but he is planning on a longer stretch up ahead. We might run into each other. We got to talking and he realized that he knew me from my website. I love that when it happens. Some other misc people on the trail today including another pair of thruhikers. I'm not used to seeing so many others when I hike.
